Our mission is to provide young people with the highest quality of education, regarding drug and alcohol prevention, gang and related gun violence, and issues related to fatherhood and family reunification. We provide juveniles with specific knowledge and skills that will lead to a greater understanding of issues related to maladaptive and unproductive behaviors overall with the aim of increasing positive self images and an enhanced desire to pursue on-going positive direction.

Our new interim program  Director has extensive experience with youth programming and related issues with a B.S. Psychology- Delaware State University A.A.S Criminal Justice Technology- Delaware Technical Community College. In addition, the direct service providers at present are two (2) counselors with a bachelor’s degree – one is a State of Delaware Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. The Y.E.S.S. program consultant has a Master degree and is an International Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and State of Delaware Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor as well.
